Terms and Conditions

1. Safety Standards

Rafting is an adventure sport. All participants must strictly follow the instructions of the raft guide. We provide ISI-marked life jackets and helmets which must be worn at all times while on the river.

2. Age & Health Restrictions

The minimum age for 12km, 16km, and 26km stretches is 14 years. For the 36km stretch, the minimum age is 18 years. People with heart disease, major lung problems, or recent surgeries are strictly prohibited from rafting.

3. Consumption of Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicants is strictly prohibited at least 6 hours before the activity. The guide reserves the right to deny entry to anyone found under the influence, with no refund.

Payment & Refund Policy

1. Booking Payments

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your rafting slot. The remaining balance must be paid at our office in Rishikesh before departing for the starting point.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time: 50% Refund.
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled time: 25% Refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity: No Refund.

3. Weather & Government Restrictions

In the event of heavy rain, high water levels, or sudden government restrictions, we may cancel the trip for your safety. In such cases, guests can choose between a Full Refund or a Rescheduling to another date.
